"As our solar system moves ever more deeply into galactic pneumaplasm that simply does not support low-vibration life forms and their behavior, the depravity and destructiveness of disconnected man simply cannot persist."

It’s the December holiday season in many societies. The eight-day annual Jewish Festival of Lights, Hanukkah, begins at sundown today. This year, Christmas comes right after Hanukkah. And then Kwanzaa, an annual cultural celebration of African-American heritage. Kwanzaa concludes as calendar year 2026 begins. However—and far more significant than these man-made celebrations—it is again almost solstice time for planet Earth. As we know, solstices mark the points when the sun appears at its highest or lowest position in the sky and then “stands still” before reversing its path into the coming season. This is how things are interpreted by human beings looking out from the surface of the planet anyway. May it also remind some of the Earth’s relationship with the focus of our solar system, both physically and spiritually. For us, now, this is a perfect time, as it always is, to stand still and silent before the Lord of all.

" "We make the invisible visible through our expression in our living." "

by John and Pamela Gray
Listen to Audio

John Gray: It is exceedingly good to be together in this way! These live-via-Zoom service gatherings are potent times. Temporarily, at least, our individual creative fields merge and coordinate to accommodate the manifestation of love and truth on a rather vast scale. Most of us have at least three of these experiences each month, and quite a few of us participate in a variety of other virtual gatherings as well. I like that word, virtual; although it’s used in other ways in the modern manmade world, the root of it is the same as the word, virtue: integrity, righteousness, worth. When we gather like this, we magnify these and other qualities of the spirit of love.

"So, what does it mean to live in a collective Creator-Being consciousness?"

by Sanford Baran, Chris Jorgensen and John Gray

Sanford Baran: I’d like to provide some context around the last piece of pre-service music, Goin’ Home, beautifully performed by the South London boys’ choral ensemble Libera. The famous melody comes from the second movement of Antonin Dvorak’s New World Symphony. William Arms Fisher, one of Dvorak’s students at the National Conservatory, wrote the lyrics in 1922, nearly three decades after the symphony premiered at Carnegie Hall. https://toneoflife.org/recordings/Libera-Going-Home.mp4

"In that fleeting moment, the tomato revealed that it is, in essence, made of light. So are we! "

“This, my dear, is the greatest challenge to being alive: To witness injustice in the world and not allow it to consume our light.” The late Thich Nhat Hanh, revered Vietnamese Zen master, prolific author and global peace activist, said and wrote many, many other such words of wisdom and sound advice. His innumerable insights have helped and encouraged generations of spiritual pilgrims along the way.

"Clear spiritual expression is very powerful. The tone of life must be heard by some for there to be a starting point."

by Sanford Baran, John Gray, Linda Bahan, Bill Bahan, Larry Krantz
Listen to the audio

Sanford Baran: Good morning, everyone. Nine of us have been gathering for our Tone of Life coordinators’ weekend here in the desert at Larry and Joyce’s home in beautiful Oro Valley, Arizona. Our gathering began on Friday evening and we’ve been engaged in some interesting and substantial discussions, enjoying lovely meals together and appreciating each other’s company. I thought you might enjoy a few photographs that capture the flavor and spirit of the rich and substantial time we’ve been sharing together.  Watch the photo slide show

So, without further ado I’ll hand it over to John.

“...whatsoever things are true... honest... just... pure... lovely... of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” (Phil 4:8)

Maureen Lakin: Namaste! Along with this Sanskrit greeting of deep respect, it is an honor to be with you all today and to be here with John and Pamela.

As you are probably aware, in the past six weeks, the states of Florida, Georgia and North Carolina have been dealing with the aftermath of two horrific hurricanes. The first hurricane, named Helene, shot into North Carolina causing monumental loss and destruction, particularly for residents of communities in the Appalachian Mountains. This hurricane also took the lives of hundreds of people. Its path was very interesting because it struck Florida and continued heading northward toward Atlanta, but then circled around the greater Atlanta area, bypassing it altogether, and coming down in North Carolina about 10 miles up the road from where I live.

"...the focus of function has shifted from coming of age to coming into our own. My 'own' is my body, heart and mind, and my vast creative field beyond. I flood the world I create with love."

by John Gray and Chris Jorgensen

John Gray: For this gathering today, Chris Jorgensen and I share the pleasurable responsibility of giving voice to the word in expression in and through our outer selves, and in and through each of you present, and quite a large host of others in our individual and collective fields. The whole of us is right here, right now, and that includes all who will listen to or read these words later. This is a working session; thank you for fully participating!

"A sense of the nearness of personal death is actually a sense of the presence of the incarnate Eminent One, the Angel Incorporate."

By John Gray

Happy equinox, everybody! In Planet Earth’s Northern Hemisphere, it is early spring; in the Southern, early autumn. There are lights in the firmament of heaven, according to the Book of Genesis, which are “for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years.” We live and move and have our being in a vast orderly context. People recognize this to some extent and are awed by the heavens. Those with more heavenly awareness know they are part of it all and are not small. The purposes of heavenly bodies and of our personal human bodies are identical in essence: the self-revelation of deity.
