"Practice gives us the container. Discernment gives us the navigation."

This is our first Tone of Life Zoom gathering in the year 2026. It’s wonderful to be together at the start of this very auspicious new year. I was straining to find some significance to the date 2026 or the numbers 2, 0, 2, and 6. Here’s something: If you add these numbers up, they sum to 10. And if you sum those up, the one and the zero, it reduces to the number “one.” So there you have it: 2026 is the year where it’s recognized that everything is one!

' "...we know that the Creator creates and forms come and go as they must." '

by Volker Brendel and Sanford Baran
Listen to Audio

Volker Brendel: Hello, friends! It’s a great pleasure to be with you. It’s been about seven years since I last was in Colorado; it was about time to return. The first impression coming back is that you see familiar sights, street names, and so forth. The airport looks the same. I-25 is still a mess. And, of course, there are the majestic Rocky Mountains—to my eyes, unchanged. Rock solid, you might say. It’s comforting to have some things that can be relied on that don’t change or at least don’t change rapidly.

"So, what does it mean to live in a collective Creator-Being consciousness?"

by Sanford Baran, Chris Jorgensen and John Gray
Listen to Audio

Sanford Baran: I’d like to provide some context around the last piece of pre-service music, Goin’ Home, beautifully performed by the South London boys’ choral ensemble Libera. The famous melody comes from the second movement of Antonin Dvorak’s New World Symphony. William Arms Fisher, one of Dvorak’s students at the National Conservatory, wrote the lyrics in 1922, nearly three decades after the symphony premiered at Carnegie Hall. https://toneoflife.org/recordings/Libera-Going-Home.mp4

"As individuals allow their inherent nobility of character to manifest, a foundation is laid for governance that reflects not just human pragmatism but divine wisdom."

We find ourselves living in interesting times! Who wants to be bored anyway?

On the one hand we may think that current circumstances are totally unprecedented, what with concerns about executive overreach, questions about constitutional boundaries, the routine breaking of governmental norms and unbridled bullying on the international stage. Yet history offers us perspective: down through the ages it’s estimated that there have been thousands of individuals who have assumed the mantle of tyranny. They’ve been kings and emperors, military dictators, elected officials who gradually seized more power, revolutionary leaders who betrayed their ideals, and party secretaries who ruled through fear. The ancient Greeks coined the term “tyrant” over 2,500 years ago, and every generation since has witnessed struggles with humanly devised systems of power, authority, and governance.

"Clear spiritual expression is very powerful. The tone of life must be heard by some for there to be a starting point."

by Sanford Baran, John Gray, Linda Bahan, Bill Bahan, Larry Krantz
Listen to the audio

Sanford Baran: Good morning, everyone. Nine of us have been gathering for our Tone of Life coordinators’ weekend here in the desert at Larry and Joyce’s home in beautiful Oro Valley, Arizona. Our gathering began on Friday evening and we’ve been engaged in some interesting and substantial discussions, enjoying lovely meals together and appreciating each other’s company. I thought you might enjoy a few photographs that capture the flavor and spirit of the rich and substantial time we’ve been sharing together.  Watch the photo slide show

So, without further ado I’ll hand it over to John.

"Cosmic garden blooms, Neon neurons intertwine, A universe minds"

by Sanford Baran
Listen to audio

It’s wonderful to be together again; what an incredible opportunity to bring something of depth and substance to focus! Actually, such opportunity has always been with us here on earth, but maybe the difference now, in this moment, is that there’s a greater conscious awareness of what is ours to do, coupled with an appreciation of the rich and abundant provision, generously made available, enabling all manner of creative opportunities. From my perspective the potential for positive creative action has never been greater.

"Rightly each one of us is a creator, which we reveal in unique and fascinating ways in our daily affairs."

by Christina Pivarnik and Sanford Baran
Listen to audio

Christina Pivarnik: Sanford and I are delighted to share this hour with you. Happy Father’s Day to you strong, nurturing men who provide fatherly guidance. But as we know, we are here to honor our Father within, our Creator, and to be in the presence of the One Who Dwells. It’s a great pleasure to be together, to gather in this holy place in collective celebration of our deepest love for our Beloved. How blessed we are to have this consciousness of clarity and purpose, knowing the divine part we play together in our daily moments.

"In this unity of heaven and earth—the action of being incorporated—is the essence and origin of true agreement."

by Sanford Baran and Larry Krantz
Listen to Audio

Sanford Baran: Do you ever hear the voice of spirit? I do.

Indeed, spirit does speak to us—a lot! It’s heard as there is sufficient attentiveness and substance to be aware of it, and intentionality is critical. The voice of spirit can be easily drowned out by mental chatter, stuff rattling around in consciousness, which can muffle and obscure our connection to this profound reality that speaks to us all the time.

"The same energy that is pushing forth leaves is activating new paths and ways of living through human minds and hearts."

by Pamela Gray, Sanford Baran, Joyce Krantz and Larry Krantz
Listen to audio

Pamela Gray: It’s a wondrous time to be alive on earth, isn’t it? There’s so much appreciation and love for friends, true friends who share spiritual purpose. Those who administer their daily responsibilities with love, upliftment, and blessing are the ones who can be counted on, no matter the circumstances.

What a beautiful body of spiritual beings I see on the Zoom screen, along with those here who have met for a few days at the Krantz’s home. We’re connected to many others who are gathered in various spiritual groups as part of the divine mechanism at the Creator’s hand—all with this one purpose—to let love radiate.
