Human beings have the capacity to sense and participate in vast cycles—vast at least relative to current human consciousness. For instance, the Solstice is upon us. Simultaneously in the Northern and Southern hemispheres, a change in the light is occurring, a shift of planetary cycle. We participate actively in these creative processes whether we fully realize it or not.

Suzanne Core: Good Morning, Glories!
We gather together once again in one of what Martin Exeter called “configurations of angels.” We gather for a specific creative purpose; we do not come to get anything or improve ourselves. We come to share what we each bring so that we have something to give as a collective. I think it was Sanford Baran, a couple of weeks ago, who said, “We’re here to create the world.” And John Gray noted at one point that “the spiritual regeneration of humanity is under way.” Clearly, we have a part to play in that.

Pamela Gray: Two weeks ago, we spent a magical hour in the language of music, appreciating the interplay of harmony and dissonance, and correlating it with what is occurring in the world today. Sanford began with a purpose statement: We are here to create the world. I would like to continue in that current of thought. I’m always aware when we gather like this of the potency of radiance our collective presence brings. And each of our lives are full of creative responsibilities and interests. One of mine is youth—children and young adults in the world. I extend a radiant embrace of connection into this arena through my work in the public school system and through my own interest in what they’re doing in the world because of their presence and their calling.

Sanford Baran: I’d like to take a moment to consider the following thought: Our job is to create the world.
While this might sound like a tall order, it really isn’t because it’s a job that gets done in consciousness.
Simply put, we create the world by experiencing whatever comes to us through the lens of spirit. And in doing this our experiences are transformed, uplifted, purified into forms that spirit can use for its purposes.

We can abuse what comes to our hands or we may care for each moment’s precious gift. We are not separate from the world but are part of everything and share responsibility for all of creation.
I recently viewed an interesting talk by a journalist named Suki Kim. She is from a family that escaped North Korea, during which her uncle—her mother’s brother—was caught and executed. The rest of the family made it to South Korea, where she lived until she was thirteen when they immigrated to the United States. As a journalist, and given her background, she had an intense interest to learn more about North Korea, something that could not be done from outside the country. She found a way in with an evangelical Christian group who were hired to teach the sons of elite families. They had to pretend they were not missionaries and the journalist had to pretend she was an evangelical. Lots of deceit, but it was the only way to get into the country for an extended time. If any of them were caught proselytizing, they could be executed since North Korea only allows worship of their god-like Supreme Leader. (https://themoth.org/storytellers/suki-kim)

To me it’s of great value in this setting to occasionally pick up a topic like that and examine that topic with spiritual clarity. There are many reasons to speak and use words. This particular way of using language may be one of the least understood, and yet most important function. Alan Hammond has spoken about this with unparalleled insight, that whatever we can clarify in our consciousness is holographically clarified for mankind. And so that’s my invitation right now to all of you, to help me in that process for our consideration today.

Welcome all. It is terrific to gather again in friendship and agreement to joyfully sound the tone together.
As many of you are probably aware, our dear friend John Amey passed away on July the 6th. For those who knew John he had a deep spiritual core, giving selflessly to serve a higher purpose. I would like to read a poem of his that speaks of his large and gentle spirit. It is entitled In Attunement.
